Dr. Candace Steele Flippin

Founder, Global Career Advancement Institute

Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is a career advancement expert, leadership researcher, and author who studies women's career advancement and the multigenerational workplace.

She serves as Vice President of Thought Leadership and Professional Development at the Page Society. Previously, she was a global corporate communications and public affairs executive in healthcare, financial services, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and industrial technology.

She founded the Global Career Advancement Institute (Global CAI) and created the SHAPE Career Assessment®, a framework that grew out of her TEDx Talk, "What Women Really Want... at Work." She is the author of Get Your Career in SHAPE, Generation Z in the Workplace, and Millennials in the Workplace.

A Fellow in the engaged scholars community at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University since 2016, she also conducts leadership development seminars at Johns Hopkins University. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
